There are literally hundreds of 'Get Paid for Survey' Sites. However, some of them are scams.
There are several legitimate sites that pay you though. Some pay quite well if you fall in to their criteria.

The sites listed below should not be confused with 'Get Paid To' Sites. These sites do not ask you to sign up for trial offers, allow you to play games for money, or click on adds.
What happens when you sign up is that you are asked a series of questions. When you fit a certain profile that matches one of their company's needs, they will send you an eMail to do a survey. After you have completed a few, generally they will send you a check. It's that simple!
